Orlando, FL - Seventeen members of the Wisconsin Wing attended the 2008 National Convention in Orlando, FL where Wisconsin received three of the six mission awards for Great Lakes Region. In addition to the region awards, Wisconsin also received several national awards, including first place for Aerospace Education. 
Lt Col Sherwood "Woody" Williams was honored as the Frank G. Brewer Aerospace Education Award recipient in the Adult Officer (Senior Member) category and Captain Christopher Klein received the Logistician of the Year Award.
