Oshkosh, WI - Aerobatic Champion Patti Wagstaff took time to visit Civil Air Patrol Cadets on Thursday July 31, at EAA AirVenture. Amongst the Wisconsin cadets that got the chance to get her autograph was C/2Lt Tony Vorpahl of the West Bend Composite Squadron.
