 Southwest Group will be hosting a Ground Team Academy for all Wisconsin Wing Members. This is an excellent opportunity for all personnel that want to either start in a ground team, or increase their skills.
When:
Start: 2100 Friday 23 May 08
End: 1600 Sunday 25 May 08
Where: Volk Field, WI (Exit 55 on I-90/94)
Cost: This is a Reimbursable mission. Vehicle fuel will be reimbursed. Priority will be given to Corporate owned vehicles for fuel. If there is money left over, privately owned vehicles may receive reimbursement. KEEP your RECIEPTS. Food is another story. There are local restaurants that serve food. We are planning on having a grill for Saturday night meal; cost is $5.00 for burgers, hot dogs, brats, and other fixings. This is Memorial Day weekend; therefore we need to have some fun.
Who: All Personnel need to be at least complete their General ES.
What: Ground Team tracks for GTM3/2, GTM1, and GTL. (Note, you must complete all prerequisites for the specialty prior to arriving, i.e GTM2 for GTM1).

NAME (First, MI, Last)
CAPID
TRAINING TRACK (pick one from GTM3, GTM2, GTM1, GTL)
HOME UNIT (i.e. WI206)
METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION (i.e. passenger in Corp Vehicle, driver of Corp Vehicle)
VEHICLE INFORMATION (only if a driver)
