Who needs a CAP Drivers License?

Anyone who intends to drive a CAP vehicle, who is 21 years of age or older. CAP members under 21 may not drive CAP vehicles.

How do I obtain a CAP drivers license?

  1. Request a copy of your motor vehicle record from the DOT. Click here for a pdf form you can fill out online and print. Send it to the DOT and you will receive your record in the mail
  2. submit your record along with a wing Form 5 to WILGTL,2014 Deerfield Drive West Bend WI, 53090-2756

How long is a CAP Drivers License valid?

CAP drivers licenses are valid for a period of two years.

Important: CAP drivers licenses are an addition to, and not a preplacement for your state drivers license. All members driving CAP vehicles must have a state issued drivers license from the Dept. of Transportation, as well as CAP drivers license, CAPF-75 from WILGTL.
