Subscribe to Wing-info by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. WI Wing CAP members are encouraged to sign up for Wing-info to receive important announcements, news, etc. Much of this information is exclusively sent via Wing-info and not available here on wiwgcap.org.

Tips:

  • When posting to the list, do not CC or BCC anyone. It is an automatic "flag," and your message will be delayed for approval or automatically rejected by the server. Address the e-mail only to the mailing list.
  • When sending mass e-mail, it is of the utmost importance to proofread and spell-check your message before sending. Be sure your message can be clearly understood by a wide audience.
  • When replying to an e-mail sent through wing-info, be careful what address you reply to. If you reply to the wing-info address itself, your message will be seen by everyone on the list. Normally you should reply to only the sender of the message.
  • When posting to the list, keep in mind that not all WI Wing members are subscribers. Be sure to make announcements through appropriate channels.
