Duties of the Personnel Officer:

Manages and administers the CAP personnel program and associated administrative procedures to include:

  • Membership records and applications
  • Organizational actions (charters, deactivations, etc.)
  • Appointments
  • Promotions and demotions
  • Awards and decorations
  • Duty assignments
  • Transfers
  • Retirements
  • Membership terminations/nonrenewals
